Boathouse Connect gives you more control of how to manage your members than any other platform. We'll keep tabs on your athletes USRowing waiver status and notify you if anything changes, Nudge your athletes to keep their profiles up-to-date, and keep your individual rosters synced with Mailchimp (or any other communications platform) through our Zapier integration.
Never again will you have to waste precious rowing time with picking lineups on the dock based on who showed up. Boathouse Connect allows your members to specify which practices they will and will not attend so lineups can be made before hand. Rowers can see their boat assignments in Boathouse Connect or have their lineup be sent to them via email before practice starts.
Want to increase control over your branding? Setting up your organizations domain name will allow you to send emails from any email address you choose (ex: coaches@OurClub.org) so your members will always know that the email came from you. With our scheduling feature, you can pre-plan when communications get sent out and to what groups they get sent too.
Boathouse Connect lets you keep track of what equipment is in good order and what needs some work. Members can report damage as soon as they find it to help make sure you always know what is happening with your equipment. Our Equipment Checkout feature allows you to specify which groups are allowed to check out specific equipment for private use, as well as allocates equipment for practices and regattas.
Extensive analytics on how your equipment is used gives you better judgement on when to replace it, or what additional equipment is needed for the organization. Every coach and board member thinks they know exactly how their equipment is used and what they programs need.
